By downloading, installing, or using Dictionary 2.0, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Dictionary 2.0 is a vocabulary lookup application that uses your device camera or text input to provide word definitions and translations powered by AI. The service requires an account and is subject to usage limits depending on your subscription plan.

Account and Usage

• Account creation: You must sign in with a valid Google or Apple account to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Usage limits: Free accounts are subject to daily lookup limits. Paid subscribers receive higher or unlimited lookups as described in the pricing plan.
• Acceptable use: You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the respective platform.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Dictionary 2.0 are the property of AKSA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that definitions or translations generated by AI are always accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific use case. Use the service at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from within the app settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by email.
